Expresses Gratitude to Interim CEO 

XCaliber Container is excited to announce the addition of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Steve Genzer, to the team! The company extends a warm welcome to Steve and expresses sincere gratitude to Interim CEO and LongWater Operations (LGO) Operating Partner, Neil West, for his invaluable contributions and leadership.  

Steve has a rich, professional background as an accomplished General Manager and Operations Executive with 30+ years of success in driving growth & efficiency across numerous industries, product lines, and global supply chains. Over the years, Steve has held increasingly progressive and complex leadership roles at 3M Corporation, Ansell, Ball Corp, and most recently, CEO at Avon Protection.

From the interactions I have had with the people at XCaliber and LongWater, I’m thrilled to be taking on this position and working together to continually strengthen our competitive advantages while further growing this company together and having a little fun along the way.”
