The 40' Hunting Cabin with Kitchenette & Bath features XCaliber Container's newest style of hunting cabins. With advancements in steel containers and closed-cell foam technologies, XCaliber is able to offer a far more efficient and cost-effective living space at only a fraction of the cost when compared to more common building styles.

The 40' Hunting Cabin with Kitchenette & Bath comes with standard features including AC/heat, a 36" Steel Entrance Door, two 36"x48" Windows, an Electric Package, Kitchenette and Bathroom. The electric package included provides outlets, overhead fluorescent lights in the main room, and lighting in the bathroom. The main room's kitchenette features a small sink and cabinet space. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, tankless water heater, and a sink vanity. The cargo doors are insulated and still functional for easy access or being ATV storage accessible.

Choose a paint color from the paint options XCaliber Container keeps in inventory. Select from Sherwin-Williams - La Grange, Carbon, Steiglitz Fog, Hunter's Orange, Cross My Heart, Barnwood, and Swiss Coffee. Includes 2 complete coats on sides and roof.
